Our hotel had been without a Sales Manager at the time and our revenue for October-December was softer than what we had hoped for. One of these bookings required considerable hand holding as it was an International Group. He stayed on top of the correspondence, the invoicing, the rooming list and kept the hotel team in the loop the whole time.
